Maxfac is growing gradually as an unique organization in the field of head and neck oncology and head & neck oncosurgery with a goal of empowering small or medium scale hospitals in various remote districts of the country to provide services to the people of the districts. We have a team of qualified and experienced maxillofacial surgeons, oncologists, radiologists, Oral & Maxillofacial Onco pathologists, anesthesiologists, dentists, onco psychologists, physicians, onco nutritionists and nurses etc, who work together to provide comprehensive care and treatment for each patient. We use advanced technology and techniques to ensure optimal outcomes and minimal complications.

We follow international protocols and standards for diagnosis, staging, surgery, reconstruction, chemotherapy, radiotherapy and palliative care. We also conduct research and education on cancer screening and management. We are a community of professionals who are passionate about making a difference in the lives of our patients and our peers. Since our community is growing bigger day by day, we have now taken up the proposal to convert our organization as an NGO within a few months.

- An operating theater equipped with necessary instruments, equipment and consumables for head and neck surgery.
- Ventilator and ICU support for post-operative care of critical patients.
- An operating microscope will be a benefit (not mandatory).
- A pulmonologist, a paediatrician and  a general physician to be provided by your organisation, to support us when our patients need them.
- A resident medical officer (RMO) and nursing staff who can assist us in patients' pre-operative, intra-operative and post-operative care.
- An outpatient department (OPD) where we can see patients for consultation, follow-up and minor procedures.
